There are no contracts or commitments. Our monthly plan can be cancelled at any time with no questions asked.

If you choose the annual plan, please note that it is billed in full upfront and is non-refundable, but you will continue to have full access for the entire year you paid for.

Yes! We offer a 3-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the 3 days are up and you will not be billed.

If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data:

1. Log into your account and navigate to the Profile page.
2. Select the Subscription tab from the yellow menu on the left.
3. Under your Subscription Type box, click the Delete Account button.

Please note: Deleting your account is permanent and will remove all profiles and access to the platform. If you just want to stop future payments, use the Request Cancellation button instead.

On the Website:

1. Log into your account at rainhopegames.com/login.php.
2. Navigate to your Profile page and select the Subscription tab.
3. Choose your preferred plan and enter your credit card details to complete the payment.
4. Your account will be reactivated immediately and all profiles will be restored.

On the App (iOS or Android):

1. Open the Rain Hope Games app on your device.
2. Log into your existing account.
3. Select your preferred plan and complete the payment through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
4. Your account will be reactivated and ready to use right away.

A valid credit card or payment method is required to reactivate. Your previous profiles and data will still be available once reactivated.

Each child can have their own personal profile to connect with their favorite faith-based Bible characters. The Monthly plan supports up to 3 profiles and the Yearly plan supports up to 5 profiles.

Individual progress tracking per profile is on our roadmap — stay tuned!

On Desktop:

1. Make sure you are logged into your Rain Hope Games account.
2. Click the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Scroll through the list and select the profile you would like to switch to.
4. Click it — and you are all set!

On Mobile Browser (Phone):

1. Tap the avatar icon in the top right corner.
2. Scroll through the list and select the profile.
3. Tap it — and you are good to go!

Tablet support is currently not available but is coming soon.

1. Log into your Rain Hope Games account and go to your Profile page.
2. Scroll down to the Your Kids section.
3. Find the profile you want to remove and click the Remove Profile icon (the person icon with an 'x') in the top left corner of the profile card.
4. Confirm the removal and the profile will be deleted.

Rain Hope Games is available on iOS, Android, and PC. Tablet support is not available yet, but we are working on it!

Rain Hope Games is designed primarily for children ages 5 to 10. Kids older than 10 are absolutely welcome too!

6. Check your spam folder — If you did not receive the reset email, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
